Our Team
The Unity School staff includes both women and men with education and experience in early childhood education, often from the LCC Early Childhood Education program. All staff participate in ongoing training. The staff-to-child ratio is planned for one adult to four children in our two-year-old group, and one adult to eight children in our preschool groups, which is better than the state’s requirements.
