The Unity School staff is made of women and men with education and experience in early childhood education - often from the LCC early childhood program. All staff participate in on-going training. The staff-to-child ratio is planned for one adult to five children in our two's group, and one adult-to-eight children in our preschool groups, better than the state's requirement of one-to-ten.
